Workplace Injury Prevention and Management Specialist
A Workplace Injury Prevention and Management Specialist is essential for employers seeking to mitigate the impact of workplace injuries. The role requires a skilled professional to provide proactive management and prevention strategies.
This full-time or part-time position involves supporting clients returning to work and life after injury, with clinical expertise and skills in various settings including icare, CTP, corporate, government, and ADLs across multiple schemes.
The key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing clinical skills to assess and manage workplace injuries, with a focus on prevention and early intervention.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, including insurers, employers, and clients, to achieve effective outcomes and return-to-work initiatives.
- Influencing stakeholder meetings and relationships to achieve recovery outcomes for all parties involved.
- Applying award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve exceptional return-to-work outcomes.
- Spending 50% of the workweek meeting medical professionals, treating parties, employers, and clients out of the office.

Requirements
- Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
