Growth Partnerships Manager APAC

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Regional Growth Partnerships Manager in Asia Pacific.

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing campaigns and launching partnership initiatives across your regional area. You will work closely with the Global VP for Growth Partnerships to develop regionally applicable campaigns and ensure seamless integration with our product and marketing teams.

Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable improvements in KPIs by developing and executing tailored partnerships initiatives that meet your regional partnership targets. You will collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create engaging content and drive brand awareness.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs, acting as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations in your region. You will work closely with our external agency to design, implement, and optimize partner campaigns, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience managing multiple stakeholder projects concurrently. You should be proactive, resourceful, and decisive, with a strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to drive quick effective resolutions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. You will represent our brand at industry events and engage with partners to keep our partnerships offering competitive and innovative.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing, with demonstrable experience growing marketing partnerships programs. Prior experience in sports betting, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services is highly beneficial given our product range.
