Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary package consisting of $150,000 - $180,000 + Super + Bonuses, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives business growth, innovation, and excellence in customer relationships.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer success team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Client Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to maximise their value from our platform.
- Retention and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, driving long-term growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing client needs proactively, and communicating effectively across all touchpoints.
- Performance Analysis: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of customer success initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer success or client management role, preferably within software or construction technology.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing customer success teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in driving customer retention and growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.
- Background in ERP/Con-tech or related fields is highly desirable.
