Customer Success Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team at Spotify as a Customer Success Manager. As a key player in our ANZ Ads business, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and expectations, in collaboration with the Regional Head of Customer Success Management, APAC.
- Work closely with Sales Directors to create and execute plans for world-class customer service, driving revenue growth for top brands and agencies.
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and address client requests, escalating issues as necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need 10+ years of Digital Advertising Customer Success Management experience and 5+ years of management experience. You should have a strong understanding of the advertising landscape, expertise in account planning and strategic planning, and experience working in self-service or automated planning and buying tools.
