Job Title: Construction Estimator

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction precon/estimating and be able to take a project from concept through full estimate.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of local construction market trends and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and RFPs to prepare estimates.
  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate estimates.
