We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled construction estimator to analyze project plans and specifications, accurately prepare estimates for materials, labor, and other project costs.

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to determine project requirements and constraints.">
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain cost databases and historical cost data for future projects.">
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect project cost or schedule.">

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role within the construction industry.
