About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and leading our cleaning services to ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring they meet the required standards for day-to-day operations and OH&S compliance.
  • Liaising and Communicating: Foster strong relationships with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Escalation and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain safety and minimize downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage uniform, chemical, and equipment inventory to ensure optimal utilization and minimize waste.
  • Cleaning Contract Management: Demonstrate expertise in cleaning contract management, rostering, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience, proven high-level customer service and management skills, demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
