About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Proactive Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create rosters for your team to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered
  • Work with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges and areas of opportunity
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction
  • Complete time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy
  • Order consumables for stores within budget
  • Participate in cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services as part of the Proactive Services team

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks
  • A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conducts)
  • A valid full Australian driver's license (Green P's or full license) for collecting trolleys using our vehicles
