Senior Business Development Lead - APAC

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our business development efforts across the Asia Pacific region.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead our major proposals and bids, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.

About the Role:
  • Leverage your expertise to manage high-value, multi-disciplinary bids, aligning with technical leads, business development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Oversight of the bid lifecycle – from opportunity assessment through to proposal submission and post-bid reviews.
  • Craft compelling client-focused content to position our company as the consultant of choice in complex and competitive pursuits.
  • Foster strong relationships across regions, ensuring alignment of resources and insights for each unique opportunity.
  • Influence win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process excellence.
Key Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leading and winning major bids in the consulting or professional services sector (preferably within environmental, engineering, or infrastructure sectors).
  • Experience coordinating multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and regional bid requirements is a significant advantage.
