As a Digital Product Leader, you will drive the product strategy, evolution, and roadmap for digital capabilities.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our products deliver the intended business and customer benefits. You will lead with a customer-centric approach, leveraging your commercial acumen and analytical thinking to explain complex digital concepts to non-technical users.

In this position, you will own the business case for digital product interventions and the benefit that will accrue once the products and capabilities are available to the broader market.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage prioritization, and deliver on-time, in-scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer priorities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop digital product features and concepts.
  • Build and prioritize the feature backlog, managing trade-offs and resource allocation.
  • Analyze and benchmark product features against market-leading products, incorporating industry learnings into the roadmap.
  • Work closely with internal technology teams to define milestones and ensure timely delivery of product roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in digital product development, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or retail.
  • Demonstrated success in creating digital product vision, strategy, and enterprise solutions from ideation to launch.
  • Experience in owning and shaping product roadmaps, requirement scoping, and feature development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, prototyping, and iterative development.
  • High proficiency in leveraging data to make informed decisions about product feature increments.
