About the Role:

This is a key position that involves leading end-to-end product development, identifying challenges, developing solutions, and rolling out digital technology trials in store environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop omnichannel products by ideating solutions, prototyping, testing, and implementing digital technology trials in store environments.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, technology teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful integration and implementation of new technologies.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to advance digital innovation initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support presentations, workshops, and meetings to align teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive materials, including executive summaries, performance analytics, and lessons learned, to communicate project status, insights, and outcomes effectively.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or as part of a project delivery team in the digital space.
  • Strong understanding of digital and omnichannel consumer products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with technology and engineering teams.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations.
  • Skilled in communicating and rationalizing product decisions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a high tolerance for change.
  • Proficiency in tools like Confluence and JIRA is preferred.
  • A tertiary degree is highly desirable.
