As a key member of our organization, the Strategic Digital Innovations Leader will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across R&D labs. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between research and search functions and the digital innovation ecosystem.

This role requires strong collaboration with research and search functional leaders to understand business strategy and translate scientific objectives into transformative digital capabilities. The successful candidate will partner with research and search teams to deliver a forward-looking digital strategy that enhances lab operations and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology or digital enablement, with progressive leadership responsibilities and a proven track record of delivering solutions that drive innovation. They must be able to identify and champion digital use cases that enhance lab productivity, drive external innovation partnerships, and ensure solution scalability and integration.

Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in a scientific field preferred; equivalent experience in R&D digital enablement acceptable
  • 15+ years of technology or digital experience with progressive digital leadership responsibilities
  • 10+ years executing and building solutions with a strong focus on R&D related processes and solutions
  • Demonstrated success implementing digital tools and platforms in GxP or scientific environments
  • Experience working globally across complex matrix organizations
  • Strong external orientation with proven ability to drive value from innovation ecosystems
