Digital Innovation Leader

The Digital Innovation Leader will be responsible for driving excellence in NAB's Digital Wallet business through the development and execution of a robust digital strategy.
- Deliver strategic innovation opportunities that support the business strategy and achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and employee value.
- Lead the Digital Wallet strategic partnerships to ensure collaboration with the best partners to enable better customer outcomes.
- Scan and understand the external market, customer trends, and behaviour to develop innovative payment propositions.
We are seeking an inspiring leader with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of Banking and internal operations.
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills at senior levels.
- Australian and global knowledge in cards and payments innovation, particularly from banks and Fintechs.
- Highly developed business acumen, understanding business drivers, having financial and commercial orientation.
- Experience advocating cross-functional analysis of problems, and fostering collaboration across functions on key decisions.
