About the Role
">- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic environment alongside Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers, and Dementia Specialists.
- Responsibilities include supervising and directing Mobility Assistants to promote mobility and exercise for residents, as well as utilizing clinical assessment and treatment skills to support residents in achieving their potential.
- The successful candidate will contribute to reablement and exercise programs, including intensive 1:1 reablement and group-based exercise.
- They will also support continuous improvement by adopting evidence-based practices within our service model.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Supervise and direct Mobility Assistants to promote resident mobility and independence.
- Utilize clinical assessment and treatment skills to support residents in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of reablement and exercise programs.
- Support the adoption of evidence-based practices within our service model.
