Job Title: Leadership Occupational Therapist
Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leadership Occupational Therapist to play a key role in supporting the development of emerging clinicians. In this leadership position, you will deliver high-quality services and support the growth of our team.Responsibilities:
  • Work across various settings, providing tailored assessments and interventions for clients with sensory processing and movement needs.
  • Develop and lead program planning, evaluation, and goal-setting initiatives in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Integrate services across disciplines to provide holistic, person-centered support.
  • Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists, providing performance feedback and guidance.
  • Deliver training and education programs to internal staff and external partners.
  • Support student education and provide direct supervision where necessary.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Expertise in OT interventions and adaptability to individual client needs.
  • Knowledge of inclusive practices and child-centered care.
  • Experience supporting clients with complex needs and mentoring others in this space.
  • Proven ability to supervise and develop other clinicians.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
