Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hindmarsh. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions that support clients in achieving their goals and living life to the fullest.

You will work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges with sensory processing, movement and play, personal care and sleep, and vision and independent living skills. Your impact will be significant as you manage a diverse caseload and deliver tailored assistive technology and home modification solutions.

Job Description:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions that support clients in achieving their goals and living life to the fullest.
  • Work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges with sensory processing, movement and play, personal care and sleep, and vision and independent living skills.
  • Manage a diverse caseload and deliver tailored assistive technology and home modification solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in a variety of OT interventions and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
  • A strong understanding of inclusive, child- and family-centred practices.
  • Ability to translate therapy goals into meaningful outcomes across a variety of real-life settings.
