About The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team at Hindmarsh. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions that support clients in achieving their goals and living life to the fullest.

You'll work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges with:

• Sensory processing
• Movement and play
• Personal care and sleep
• Vision and independent living skills (e.g., shopping, transport)

Your Impact
As a Novita Occupational Therapist, You Will

• Manage a diverse caseload and deliver tailored assistive technology and home modification solutions.
• Design and evaluate interventions that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic support.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists, sharing your expertise.
• Partner with clients and families to co-create goals and contribute to NDIS planning.
• Stay at the forefront of your field through regular professional development.

About You
You're a Passionate, Client-focused Professional With

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a variety of OT interventions and the ability to adapt to individual needs
• A strong understanding of inclusive, child- and family-centred practices
• Ability to translate therapy goals into meaningful outcomes across a variety of real-life settings.
• Confidence in supporting clients with high and complex needs
• Skills in mentoring and developing other clinicians
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A commitment to continuous learning and growth

Remuneration Package And Benefits
Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
