Our company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our development and infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of our ambitious plans to grow our portfolio.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to engage in the end-to-end delivery of our development and infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to construction and handover. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project financial performance including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs (engineering, planning, surveying, environmental) to ensure integrated and timely project outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of strong project management capability in either engineering, construction or property development.
- A proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve competing priorities with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Technical and regulatory knowledge, including the ability to interpret and communicate complex technical, planning, and regulatory information effectively.
- Financial acumen, including understanding of project profitability, cost control, and contract administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
