Job Overview

The Director of People and Culture will spearhead the development and implementation of people and culture strategies to foster a culture of excellence within an organisation.

  • Provide high-level strategic and authoritative advice on people, culture and change management issues.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive organisational transformation.
  • Represent the organisation in whole-of-government and interagency forums on human resources transformation and other people, culture and safety forums.

Requirements

Completion of relevant tertiary or industry qualifications and/or professional affiliation is highly desirable but not essential.
