About the Role- Develop and implement communication strategy for key stakeholders.
- Lead development of community of practice related to child safety standards.
- Promote high-level engagement with government and non-government stakeholders.
- Oversee education activities and presentations on office operations.
- Provide expert advice on effective engagement techniques.
- Evaluate effectiveness of stakeholder engagement activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical leadership in driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. This includes developing and implementing a communication strategy for key stakeholders, leading the development of a community of practice related to child safety standards, promoting high-level engagement with government and non-government stakeholders, overseeing education activities and presentations on office operations, providing expert advice on effective engagement techniques, and evaluating the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement activities.
Requirements:- A current Tasmanian registration to work with vulnerable people.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
- Current driver's license desirable.
