Job Opportunity: Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to extract, merge, and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reports that present customer data and commercial trends in a clear and actionable format. They will also work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with a focus on customer analytics or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView for data extraction, integration, and visualization
  • Expertise in creating user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
