Our core purpose is accelerating customer value management, engagement, and performance by delivering data-driven insights that drive loyalty and business outcomes.The PositionThe Insights Analyst plays a key role in translating customer data into strategic marketing insights that drive performance within our client, one of Australia's favourite retailers.
Using SQL as your core skill, you will extract and analyse data from customer data platforms to uncover trends, segment opportunities, and inform campaign personalisation.
By synthesising insights from multiple sources, you will provide insights that fuel customer acquisition, retention and growth.ResponsibilitiesUse SQL to access, transform, integrate and analyse customer data from across the client enterprise.Understand how customers use and experience products and services and how this translates into data via business systemsInterrogate available data to develop customer insights and meaningful reporting that is strategically aligned and relevant to the businessPartner with clients to identify and pursue opportunities to increase value from the customer base based on available data and insights, interrogating data in detail whilst also maintaining sight of the broader strategic goals of the businessSupport and contribute to key analytics projects, including engaging with stakeholders to define and agree the project scope, milestones and deliverablesApply experiment design approaches to Test & Learn campaigns to identify what drives the best result and evaluate campaign effectivenessPrepare minimum sufficient documentation and evidence for insightsCommunicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way to support an understanding of key data and insights and the implications for marketingMake recommendations regarding how customer insights can be translated into specific customer campaigns, offers and experiencesMandatory skills and experience requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience as an Insights Analyst or similar roleStrong technical skills in coding in SQL and working with Relational Databases to manipulate data (Salesforce or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skillsIs a self-starter, proactive and comfortable working remotely.Experience establishing processes to build and run marketing campaigns would be advantageousUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
