Customer Insight Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Insight Analyst to help us drive business growth by extracting actionable insights from customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of customer data using SQL to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to explore, retrieve, and analyse data from various sources, supporting both ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Support the creation of data visualisations in Tableau and Google Data Studio, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis, customer analytics, or a related role in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying data, with the ability to write complex queries to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Experience working with Python, R, and SQL, as well as cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
