Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our Border Riverina disability service. As a Disability Services Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving standards, capability, and key performance measures while ensuring our customers receive safe, high-quality services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and complianceDevelop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer outcomesCultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families, staff, and sector partnersDrive business growth through effective operational management and strategic planningRequirements
