The Therapeutic and Allied Health team seeks a Clinical Team Manager to provide clinical leadership for the therapeutic services team.
- Lead a team of professionals providing therapeutic support to children, young people, adults, and families.
- Partner with the Services Manager to develop and implement evidence-informed therapeutic programs.
- Create therapeutic environments that assist individuals to heal from trauma, aligned with the Therapeutic Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead therapeutic programs to address complex client needs.
- Maintain high standards of practice in collaboration with other teams.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on best practices to enhance service delivery.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
