As a Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a key liaison between organisations and participants.

- Coordinate intake and exit processes, maintaining accurate documentation and records to support participant care.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, social services, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the sector.
