Leadership Opportunity for Therapeutic Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our Therapeutic Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care for children, young people, adults, and families.
As a member of our team, you will work in partnership with the Therapeutic and Allied Health Services Manager to develop and implement evidence-informed therapeutic services. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering therapeutic environments that support individuals in healing from trauma.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to the Therapeutic Services team.
- Collaborate with the Therapeutic and Allied Health Services Manager to develop and implement evidence-informed therapeutic services.
- Foster therapeutic environments that support individuals in healing from trauma.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and management.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-informed therapeutic practices.
- Ability to foster a supportive team environment.
