The role of Assistant Operations Manager involves ensuring efficient and hygienic operations in the Stewarding department. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, organisation, planning, and time management skills to maintain internal workflows and high cleanliness standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Motivate and develop junior stewarding team members to achieve hotel objectives.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Evaluate performance and implement changes where necessary to maintain high service standards.

Your Requirements

  • Previous Supervisor/Management experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of HACCAP.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Full valid Australian working rights.

Salary Information

Estimated salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum based on industry standards in Sydney.
