Job Title: Logistics Operations Director - Eastern Creek, NSW

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Director to join our team based in Eastern Creek, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution activities.

The Role

The Logistics Operations Director will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including planning and implementing initiatives to improve profitability and productivity.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, such as TGA Licences and ISO accreditations.
  • Engaging with customers through regular business reviews.
  • Carrying out accountabilities within HSE Frameworks that apply at Toll.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of TGA Quality Systems regulations, PIC/S Code of GMP, GWP, GDP, and relevant ISO standards. They will also have a thorough understanding of warehousing and management systems, with prior healthcare knowledge being preferable.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.

You will also need to possess a Driver's Licence and be willing to undertake pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical examination.
