The Role

You will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery within CHL Group of Companies by managing construction projects through the design, approval, and delivery stages.

You will work effectively with cross-divisional internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, including consultants, government agencies, councils, and builders.

Bring your engagement skills and experience applying project management principles to deliver quality project outcomes on time, to budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Our Project Delivery team are big thinkers and go-getters who have every opportunity to use their initiative to influence and improve the management of new and existing projects.

Requirements

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Trade Background, or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years' experience in project management, preferably with major projects
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • A well-developed understanding of construction processes and high-level conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to the right of every person to good-quality housing
  • A current driver's licence (mandatory)
  • A satisfactory police check

We offer a competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits such as salary packaging and excellent development opportunities. The salary range may vary based on your experience and qualifications.
