**About Us**

We manage over 11,000 new and existing properties across various communities, focusing on delivering high-quality service and outcomes.

The Role

This pivotal role will support project delivery within CHL Group of Companies by managing construction projects through the design, approval, and delivery stages.

You will work effectively with cross-divisional internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, including consultants, government agencies, councils, and builders.

Our ideal candidate has engagement skills and experience applying project management principles to deliver quality project outcomes on time, to budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a community-focused professional with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people.

Essential Criteria:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Trade Background, or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' project management experience of major projects.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
  • A well-developed understanding of construction processes and high-level conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to the right of every person to good-quality housing.
  • A current driver's licence (mandatory).
  • Satisfactory Police Check.
