This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team and lead the management of infrastructure projects from order stage through to final delivery and site follow-up.

\

Your key objectives will be to drive project performance to achieve tendered objectives and targets, ensuring the timely delivery of quality products and service that meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for producing manufacturing and delivery programs, ensuring correct specifications and quality, reviewing contracts and drawings to limit exposure to potential risks, and monitoring project budgets to control spending and meet financial targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive project management experience, a sound understanding of civil engineering principles, and knowledge of quantity surveying, estimating, and tendering. You will also require strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as commercial awareness and the ability to read drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is essential.
