About the Role

This Full Time Practice Manager position in Blacktown offers an opportunity to support close-knit teams and doctors providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of the team, you will manage day-to-day operational requirements, employee management, and centre improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issues, and drive change to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employee Management: Talent development, mentoring, performance management, and centre improvements.
  • Clinic Standards: Monitor practice safety and standards across the clinic.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
  • Rostering and Budgeting: Monitor rosters and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and select high-calibre staff to join our team.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
