As a full-time Dairy Manager at Coles, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Dairy Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the dairy department, including leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
You will be accountable for maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control. Your goal will be to drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing while delivering outstanding shopping experiences to our customers.
