We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to join our team at NielsenIQ in Australia. As a Sales Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.

The key responsibilities of this role include taking ownership of achieving the Operating Plan (OP) targets for Australia Omni Panel Shopping, coordinating the annual OP setting with realistic and ambitious targets, and ensuring accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual OP. You will also lead the development, refinement, and execution of the commercial strategy for the Omni Shopper Panel in Australia.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives and propel Australia's Omni Shopper Panel forward. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing commercial strategy based on strategic thinking, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Cluster Lead and FMCG Sales Lead to empower local ADs to sell the Omni Shopper Panel, and to define and refine the positioning of the Omni Shopper Panel in the market.
