Role Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position where you will excel in a dynamic and diverse administrative capacity, taking charge of managing and coordinating all community business operations in accordance with applicable agreements, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • Oversee the Community Operations team's inbox on a daily basis, ensuring timely distribution and actioning of incoming emails.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with State-based Manufactured Homes Legislation, Site Agreements, MasterPlan Guidelines, Community Living Guidelines, and other relevant legislative frameworks, alongside Stockland's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all Licenses and Permits are up-to-date and meticulously documented, including Food Business Licenses and Restricted Liquor Permits.
  • Support the organization of training requirements for Community Teams related to compliance obligations.
  • Provide administrative assistance concerning community-related dispute matters as necessary.
  • Facilitate all administrative tasks associated with the issuance of annual Site Rent Increase Notices and other billing processes.
  • Help gather Water Meter Readings information and manage the filing of new settlement data as required.
  • Assist in the creation of purchase orders and the management of invoices.
  • Offer ad hoc administrative support to the Community Operations team as needed.

Candidate Profile

A background in administration, particularly within property management, leasing, real estate, or financial management/planning is advantageous, though we are open to considering candidates from other sectors.

  • Demonstrated experience in a support role, showcasing strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
  • Proficiency in raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with effective time management and keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel); experience with Salesforce is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with interpreting legislative documents such as Acts, Regulations, and Contracts is preferred but not essential; knowledge of the Land Lease Communities sector is also beneficial but not mandatory.
