About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Operations Coordinator to join our team at Stockland. As a key member of our Community Operations team, you will provide administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth operation of our community business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the community's inbox, distributing and actioning emails received
  • Support compliance with state-based manufactured homes legislation, site agreements, master plan guidelines, and other relevant legislative bodies
  • Ensure all licenses and permits are up-to-date and well-documented
  • Assist in organizing training requirements for community teams
  • Provide administrative support for community-related dispute matters
  • Support with administrative requirements for site rent increase notices and other billings
  • Assist with water meter readings and new settlement information
  • Assist with purchase orders and invoice management

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong administrative background, preferably in property management or leasing. You should have experience in a support function, demonstrating strong administration and coordination skills. You should also be able to multitask, act efficiently, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
