Pace Appointments is partnering with a leading renewable energy solutions company to find a highly skilled Factory and Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure operational, safety, and quality standards are maintained, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of production schedules and monitor stock levels.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations.
  • Manage and train factory and warehouse staff to foster a productive and safe work environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in factory or warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
  • Certification to operate cranes and/or forklifts.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and logistics.
