Job Title: CRM Manager

Job Description:
  • Overview
    • Lead the strategic development and execution of customer lifecycle programs across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and owned media.
    • Develop and manage the customer database, ensuring it remains optimized for performance through segmentation, targeting, and data hygiene initiatives.
    • Spearhead the launch and implementation of a new loyalty and rewards program designed to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Conceptualize and execute targeted CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, incorporating automated flows, promotions, and personalized content.
    • Drive analytical insights into CRM metrics and KPIs to refine and improve campaign effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable reporting.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, creative, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive and impactful CRM initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in managing CRM, loyalty, or customer lifecycle programs within retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Klaviyo, and proficiency in database segmentation and automated marketing flows.
  • Strong analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights and informed decisions.
  • Creative flair combined with strategic thinking to balance commercial performance with brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively to deliver results.
