About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Senior Product Developer to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a 12-month maternity leave contract. As a key member of our Product team, you will lead and mentor your team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Product team to develop high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations

• Partner with our Buying and Product teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery

• Negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, and manage product schedules

• Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks

Requirements

• Degree/qualification in a relevant field (Production, Fashion, Textiles)

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team

• Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence

• Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills

• Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
