ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Developer to lead our Wovens category on a 12-month maternity leave contract. As a key member of our Cotton On Womenswear team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable lifestyle products that meet our customers' expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a Product team to develop high-quality products that align with our brand's vision and values.
  • Partner with Buying and Product teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, and manage product schedules.
  • Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure products meet our standards and frameworks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as Production, Fashion, or Textiles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings.
  • Knowledge in Activewear fabrication is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand.
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
