About the Role

  • Lead the implementation of the organisation's competency framework, including all learning and development initiatives, to drive organisational capability and strategic growth.
  • Develop and execute engagement and communication strategies across the business to embed the competency framework and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the Organisational Development Team and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver competency development programs, leveraging digital and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lead the learning and development component of strategic organisational development initiatives, such as Positive Performance, to drive business outcomes and improve organisational performance.
  • Design and develop innovative online learning modules to increase competency and capability across the organisation, including mandatory e-learning programs.
  • Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies to increase participation in learning programs, including managing related intranet sites.
  • Partner with the Learning and HR Business Partnering teams to review and enhance leadership engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and update learning and development policies and procedures as required, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Monitor and analyse key learning metrics, reporting on progress and insights to inform organisational development decisions.
  • Administer the Learning Management System, ensuring seamless delivery of learning programs and resources.

About You

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Tertiary degree in human resources, training, or a related field, with a strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Proven facilitation skills and ability to deliver training and group coaching programs, with a focus on engaging and motivating learners.
  • Ability to work strategically, partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver learning and development programs that meet business needs.
  • Excellent awareness of instructional design principles and the ability to incorporate these into designing blended and digital learning solutions.
  • Experience with online learning platforms and the ability to administer and manage learning resources.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of learning programs and resources.
