Job Description:

The People & Culture Advisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience at our organisation. This strategic position supports the Group Head of People & Culture and contributes to key projects that drive growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare impactful HR metrics and presentations for leadership reporting, ensuring data-driven insights inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate comprehensive new employee inductions and onboarding processes, fostering a positive first impression and setting employees up for success.
  • Implement cutting-edge HR frameworks, systems, and strategic initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organisation.
  • Manage the People & Culture inbox and act as the primary point of contact for HR-related enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Draft and issue crucial HR documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS, supporting informed decision-making and streamlined processes.
  • Conduct regular audits across HR databases and platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate seamless offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and maintaining a positive employer brand.
  • Administer internal systems and maintain P&C intranet content, facilitating easy access to essential information and resources.
