Workplace Culture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Culture Specialist to create a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture for our employees. This role focuses on fostering a culture that is clear, diverse, and accessible.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive workplace programs that cater to the needs of our international workforce.
- Manage reception duties, employee badge registrations, and visitor management with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate catering and food deliveries, including ordering, setup, and invoice review.
- Maintain the appearance, organization, and equipment of our office spaces.
- Promptly resolve building maintenance issues and manage tickets.
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen ordering, and general office experience.
- Nurture relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate floor plans and seating charts.
- Manage room and desk scheduling through booking platforms.
- Update office documents as needed to ensure security and accuracy.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to support the business and team.
