We are seeking a motivated and organized People Culture Specialist to help build our positive culture and align our people with commercial objectives in our growing organization.

This role will support employee engagement, coordinate recruitment processes, organize induction and onboarding, assist management with conflict resolution, and administer performance management systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar human resources role, with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think commercially.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting employee engagement
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Organizing induction and onboarding programs
  • Assisting management with employee conflict resolution
  • Coordinating staff learning and development
  • Working with management to ensure human resources support business goals
  • Administering performance management systems
  • Ensuring compliance with government legislation and directives
