Cultural Development and Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead our cultural and social development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic direction for community engagement and infrastructure development.


About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a vision for proactive community development, focusing on cultural and social infrastructure growth.
  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic plans related to community programs and initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performing team environment, identify gaps, and provide solutions to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate innovative ideas into effective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in community development, cultural planning, town planning, social sciences, economics, commerce, or business management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to develop, administer, and manage projects with diverse outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and strategies to achieve positive social, economic, and environmental outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in policy development, research, analysis, and conceptual thinking.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
