Key to Success

We seek a skilled Human Resources professional to lead our culture and wellbeing initiatives.

This role involves fostering a high-performing workplace culture by supporting the implementation of our People and Culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage our wellbeing programs to maximize employee satisfaction.
  • Lead on managing our internal communications, promoting the successes of our clients and staff.
  • Deliver HR advice and support around systems, procedures and engagement initiatives that ensure an effective employee lifecycle strategy.
  • Coordinate, deliver and support activities that build a high-performing culture.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in human resources and/or communications sector.
  • Desirable experience operating in the disability/aged care sector.
  • Experience in industrial relations law and personnel compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
