People & Culture Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of People & Culture Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a pragmatic and consultative approach to make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create career development strategies and high-performance plans that align with business objectives.
  • Design and implement strategic learning and development initiatives to empower employees to continuously improve and grow within the company.
  • Manage performance reviews, probationary assessments, and career milestone processes to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and career development to support their teams effectively.
  • Develop and execute an early-career program, including a graduate program, to attract and nurture emerging talent.
  • Identify skill gaps across teams and create tailored training programs, including working with external speakers and facilitators for targeted learning experiences.
  • Analyse people metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including cyclical people & culture activities to enhance the employee experience.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture by working closely with people leaders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and workplace relations legislation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proven ability to manage HR projects and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and experience in internal communications.
  • Experience with Culture Amp preferred.
