Senior Customer Experience Manager

Our proactive, phone-based customer experience team is seeking a motivated and driven leader to oversee outbound calls. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring the team.
About The PositionYour mission is to lead from the front, maintain high performance levels, and ensure every customer interaction is nothing short of exceptional. You will oversee outbound calls to book adviser appointments, complete fact finds, and deliver top-tier service.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and workflows
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members
