Customer Advisor Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor.



Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless and tailored service delivery every day.
  • Support customers by identifying the most suitable products and services for their needs, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
  • Demonstrate digital banking options to customers, making banking simple, easy and secure.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • No banking experience required - full training provided.
